A New Multicultural Magazine for Modern Families!

Some of you have been wondering what I’ve been up to and I figured I would give an update about a project that will extend beyond our fabulous multicultural awareness blog carnival!  The secret?  I have been building a new website for a multicultural magazine that will feature stories from many diverse voices from our multicultural community! The hope is to grow the idea of taking bits of multicultural dialog from around the web and put it all in one convenient place.  Not only can you find a diversity of articles, but you can connect with other multicultural families and bloggers who share many of your experiences and perspectives!  We’re still looking for contributors and if you’d like to get involved, please send and email along with a writing sample to {chantilly @ biculturalmom .com}.

UPDATE: You can visit our new site at www.multiculturalfamilia.com and find more multicultural bloggers like you in our multicultural bloggers directory!

  1. Very exciting Chantilly! Keep me posted. As I continue to get my arms around my blog, design, content, etc… I might like to be a contributor. Especially one that can represent the Pacific Island side of things! Have a blessed week.

  2. This is awesome, Chantilly! You have so many great ideas and are so ambitious. Can’t wait to see this project come to fruition.

  3. Amazing… keep up the good work.

  1. [...] We’ve nailed down a date for launch…Monday, May 30th!  At that point we’ll have a reveal and many of the involved bloggers will be showcasing the new magazine on their own blogs to spread the word.  Just to be fair, I thought I would give you a sneak peak of our logo to give you an idea of what’s coming.  If you’d like to learn more, you can find details about the project here and here.
