Why Discussing Race is a Good Thing
Jay Smooth is a master of race talks. He has a unique opportunity of understanding both sides of the story and being compassionate to points on either side of the debate, and yet, he has a way of keeping it real and telling it like it is…in the best kind of way.
Last year he did a TED Talk about race which still gets lots of attention. I personally think he speaks on the topic with an abundance of truth and grace that is beyond refreshing…and somehow fun. ;)
