Awesome Britax Accessories Gift Pack Giveaway!
Time for a great giveaway! Some of you know that I’m a member of the Britax Latina Advisory Board and because of that, I get to share an awesome giveaway with you all today!
If you’re a Britax user, you know how fab their accessories are and you probably also know that they’re the only car seat manufacturer that does rigorous testing to be sure that each of their accessories functions safely with their car seats and strollers. This is super important for me as a parent, since I hear reports every year of car seats malfunctioning due to parents using accessories that haven’t been tested with their seats. Vehicle seat protectors, for example, can often cause a car seat to slip out of place on impact and leave your child unprotected. The fact that Britax tests ALL of their products for safety is something that I really appreciate…especially for the peace of mind that it provides parents.
Safety Tip: Before you add new accessories to your car seat, such as padding, seat protectors, etc., be sure to check the safety reviews for each of these items. Do a quick Google search on the product with the product name + safety review. See ConsumerReports.com for safety reviews and be sure to check WeMakeItSafer.com for product recall updates.
I’ll be posting more details about child safety, about rear-facing your child as long as possible, and a more comprehensive car seat safety post soon, so please stay tuned. There is going to be some really important information about installation and overall safety coming up. Also, more details about the Britax brand and why I recommend it so highly.
