365 Day Life Change Challenge

Starting on Monday, January 11th, I’ll be issuing a weekly challenge to myself that will last throughout the year. One thing that I’ve been letting myself slide on is taking care of me.  When I got married, it was all about my hubby…when I had my baby girl, I let my needs go a little more, and now I’m to the point where I’ve had a realization that my own needs are just as important as everyone else’s.
